CBRE’s top Tenant Representative team wanted to transform itself from just being seen as the top team at CBRE to being viewed as the top team in the entire market. Not only did this involve rethinking the brand, but also developing a strategy to not just get the attention of their potential customers, but to leave no doubt who they should partner with on their next project.

The Clooney
No detail was too small for this project. One of the first steps in rethinking the brand was guiding how prospective clients view the team. The headshots needed to appear warm & friendly, as if you were ponying up to the bar to catch up with an old friend.
Most of the time, it’s best to strip away the excess and leave only the crucial elements. For the Tenant Rep team, they didn’t want to leave anything out, showing they truly do it all.
Cool Spaces
Prospective tenants want to visual what their new office space could look like. So, a coffee table book, highlighting the coolest spaces in the Valley, was put together so showcase these spaces.
Client Referrals
The greatest testament real estate brokers receive are clients who use their services repeatedly. Kevin’s team leverages the resources and power of CBRE to provide unrivaled service to their clients. Creating lasting relationships through service and dedication is better than all the other options.
Putting it all together
Once finished with the Tenant Rep Brochure, Cool Spaces Coffee Table Book, Client Referrals Trifold, Individual Service Line Brochures, & Team Poster, they needed to put it in something that would wow the prospective client. That something is The Box; A custom made box that practically takes up an entire conference room table and demands attention.
